To many of us, these precious beings are our family, and what better way to explore the area than with them right beside you? No pet, no problem, you are of course, very welcome as well! Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway. For skiing enthusiasts you are; 15min to App Ski Area 30min to Sugar Mountain 45min to Beech Mountain

You can also enjoy the amazing views from outdoors by relaxing in a hammock or playing a round of cornhole, or sitting around a cozy fire (wood provided).”

The Little Cabin near Lake James

The Little Cabin is a 100+ year old, tastefully renovated cabin nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mts. It is a perfect spot for a personal retreat or romantic getaway, tucked away in the woods. The surrounding area offers stunning scenery, abundant hiking trails and opportunities to explore the beauty of nature. Guests may bring a boat, with several places close by to launch, and plenty of space to park at the cabin. Escape, unwind, and make memories at The Little Cabin!!

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Rockwall Cabin by the Pond

Catch bass from the deck! This cozy cabin sits on a 100 year old rock retaining wall and overlooks a 1 acre pond. Feels like you are in the mountains but only a 10 minute drive from Hickory. Functional bathroom w/ running hot water and climate controlled living space. Kitchenette with small refrigerator and microwave. The large front deck has lighting and a gas grill for cooking out. Plenty of wildlife around including deer, fox, & various birds.

Private lake front cottage on peaceful quiet wooded cove sleeps up to 7. King bed and full sofa bed w/ comfy mattresses in the upstairs 550 sq ft studio space plus XL screen room. Newly finished downstairs BR will sleep up to 3 more guests in a King bed and twin daybed. YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM FROM INSIDE THE STUDIO. Tucked down the side of the mountain on 3.43 acres with private access to Upper Creek, relax and unwind in our family. Only 7 miles to the Brown Mountain OHV trails (34 miles of off roading trails) and Brown Mountain Beach Resort, 9 miles to Upper Creek Falls, 12 miles to Wilson’s Creek, 13.5 miles to Hawksbill Mountain, 17 miles to Linville Falls, 18 miles to Table Rock, 24 miles to Grandfather Mountain.
