Since there is not a full kitchen spend your time getting refreshed instead of cooking. Take the time to experience some fun new restaurants or bring a picnic.

Unique luxury one-bedroom guesthouses on the Pedernales River in Johnson City. Perfect for a memorable getaway to the Texas Hill Country and wine trail. Beautiful view and river access. Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Welcome to The Long Branch 1905 - a piece of Llano County history. Guests will enjoy 10.5 lush acres with views of Packsaddle Mountain. The tiny home is equipped with all modern fixtures + full kitchen/bathroom. We have a private bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the additional large patio and fire pit. Pets are welcome at your own risk. We have natural wildlife and our donkeys on the property. Keep them leashed at all times. Hope to host ya!
