Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.

The kitchenette is well stocked with appliances to turn out a delightful home-cooked meal. This beautiful house sits on the Mississippi river, which is great for fishing and paddling.
