Time out on Tilsley is a great base to explore the forest and sightseeing spots of Rotorua from. Perfect for 4; can sleep 6. Luxe linens on two queen beds plus an inner sprung sofa bed makes a comfortable bed for 2 additional guests; Well stocked kitchen with fridge basics; Sliding stacker doors open onto the patio for morning Nespresso; evenings around the fire pit out the back. Bedding and towels provided. Lockable bike storage, washing machine and drying rack all available in the laundry.

Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

After exploring and enjoying the endless activities nearby (see notes) you can relax in the spa, light the outdoor fire, and make yourself at home. Suitable for couples wanting a relaxing break. House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.
