Kawaha Manor, lakeside cosy family unit

Welcome to Kawaha Manor built in 1950 our place has a lot of character with great views of the lake especially from the lawn and gazebo, the second bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has a bed settee for those extra guests the unit has just been renovated all very nice ,chandeliers and pictures of Rotorua finish it off The unit has everything all you need to bring is your clothes and food , hope to see you soon here at Lake Rotorua which is the main tourist centre in the North Island

It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. Unwind in this peaceful setting. Wonderful lakeside view. Watch the sun set from your deck. Bird-watching. In a quiet neighborhood approx 10min to town, easy to get to all attractions. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. A kayak is available. Guests comment that "the view was amazing. Waking up with the view of the lake was super nice. Nice modern apartment." “I am reluctant to rave about this place too much as, selfishly, I don't want it to become too popular"
