A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Aphrodite Apartment 6th Ave *Hot Tub* Relaxing

The Aphrodite apartment with hot tub is a historic house in the heart of 6th Ave. The apartment comes with 1 parking place but you won't need it. There are over 35 restaurants and shops just outside your door. 6th Ave is known for hip trendy shops and many restaurants just out the door. Get your fresh roasted coffee at Bluebeard Coffee Roasters (next door) or get a beer at State Street Brewery. We are also directly across from MSM deli known for their delicious sandwiches.

Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

Nyholm Guesthouse 2BR HOT TUB

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Waterfront Cabana with fireplace and hot tub

At the waters edge of Lake Tapps you’ll find our cabana. It’s hidden and private within our residential property. You’ll have the entire waterfront to yourself. Fish off the dock, kayak, or just relax in seclusion. Outdoors you’ll find a large covered porch, fireplace and hot tub. Inside- a queen wall Bed, small sofa bed, fireplace, cable TV, Wifi. Neighbors are not close. Please be aware the shower is in an outdoor room accessed through the bathroom.

Belltown View Condo

Looking to be in the heart of Seattle, this is the perfect spot, complete with views of the Puget Sound water, west-facing sunsets, and great wifi! It's a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Watch the sailboats and ferries from the queen bed as you fall asleep or enjoy a scone downstairs at the bakery. Plus there's a brand new pull-out coach, secure entrance and lots of fun places to visit in and around Belltown!
