The Crib "Antrim Down"

The Family Crib is one of the original Cribs in Te Anau. My grandfather built it in 1933. Over the years, it has undergone numerous renovations. Warm and cozy, very close to the Lake, and an easy walk to all the great Cafes and Restaurants. Bi-fold doors lead out to a deck. A large section is suitable for parking vehicles/boats. Sky TV is available on Movie and sports channels, and we have Wi fi. A heat pump is the main heating; however, you do have the option of opening a fire. Comfy beds ☺

Situated on a ten acre block just 5 minutes drive from Te Anau on your way to Milford Sound. A great place to stop on your journey whether you have been hiking through the hills or seeing the sights. Our cute but modern cottage (built 2019) is well equipped with a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. Come and enjoy the serenity!

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Inside the Square

Overlooking Fergus Square, our unit is newly renovated and decorated. Stacker doors open onto a covered deck for outdoor relaxing. Fully insulated and with a heat pump, you will be warm and comfortable no matter the weather. Just a few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes walk to shops, cafés and bars, the location is perfect! Beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and easily accessed walking tracks. We look forward to sharing Te Anau with you.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.

Takahe's Nest - very close to the lake in Te Anau.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!

Tiny Tui Te Anau. Experience tiny house living

This restful, spacious tiny house on wheels has mountain views and borders a reserve. It is cosy in winter and has indoor/outdoor flow onto a sunny deck with table and BBQ. Walking distance to lake Te Anau, restaurants and cafes. It has good sized kitchen and bathroom. A great getaway base for exploring all Fiordland has to offer.

Titiroa

Relax and catch your breath before or after exploring Fiordland. This snug little caravan has been lovingly renovated by Nigel into a bright, charming retreat. Just a few covered steps outside lead you into the garage, where you’ll find a hallway with a simple kitchenette. The bathroom is located at the end of the hallway.
