Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Great living space inside and out with two beautiful decks along with a "sand boat" overlooking the lake. A gas fireplace adds "extra cozy" to the family room.

Then go in and cuddle on the comfortable couches in front of the 70" 4K Smart TV before enjoying the comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and soothing sound machines.
