Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has just been totally renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Great location for your every need in North Bay!

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. We also have a driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles. We look forward to hosting you and will be nearby if you need anything. Our short-term license number is 2023-5410.

This beautiful cottage which is overlooking lake Nipissing is located on a peninsula. It accommodates comfortably 8 people. It has a huge fully equipped kitchen open concept to the living room and 2 full washrooms one on each level. There is plenty of parking and a gorgeous "U" shaped dock for various water activities. This home is located near the town of St-Charles which has all your amenities (Groceries, LCBO, pharmacy).
