Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Es bietet auf mehr als 100 Quadratmeter Platz für idealerweise 5 Personen, 2 weitere können im Wohnraum schlafen. Ein idealer Ort, um Zeit in der Natur mit Familie oder FreundInnen zu verbringen. Neu errichtetes Holzhaus mit Carport. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein zentraler Wohnraum, plus überdachter Riesenterrasse, Garten und Außensauna.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Luxus-Chalet auf der Alm, See- und Bergblick

Entspann dich in dieser einzigartigen, ruhigen Unterkunft. Die Losenbauerhütte befindet sich auf 1.650m Höhe, inmitten der wunderschönen Tauplitzalm, dem größten Seenhochplateau Mitteleuropas. Sie stammt ursprünglich aus dem Jahre 1503 und wurde 2008 mit viel Liebe komplett renoviert. Sie ist luxuriös ausgestattet: Gaszentralheizung, Fußbodenheizung im EG, Sauna, urgemütliche, geräumige Wohnküche mit Kachelofen, 2 große Schlafzimmer mit offenem Kamin sowie eine große Terrasse.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Lakeview Apartment Fernblick

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
