Nearby recreation activities include hiking, fishing, kayaking, boating, off-roading and winter snowmobiling and ice fishing. Great Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

Stairs down to the river. You can fish right off the banks. 1 hour and 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Ludington.

Great place for outdoor enthusiast, snowmobilers, and ATV riding, with an abundance of well marked trails. Ample covered parking for all of your toys. Bring your pet for a small fee.

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.
