We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island.

Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (1 indoor heated pool) hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Experience our stunning deep waterfront villa on a private island (max. 4 guests). Enjoy lake views from the top floor with elevator access. Relax in swimming pools, hot tubs, and sauna. Stay active with the fitness center, salon spa, pickle ball or tennis courts then enjoy our weekend restaurant.
