A lovely remodeled in-law suite in a 1920s Mission Styled home in College Park suited for 2 people with a separate entrance, private bath & a little kitchenette.The Suite looks out into a garden to offer a relaxing view. Even though you are in the Downtown area, the suite was designed to offer solitude. We are walking distance to many restaurants & only an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Orlando. Our cozy urban-jungle retreat puts you in the heart of an impressive food district and is centrally located. You’ll be a short drive/walk from dozens of diverse restaurants and several concert venues. Our detached suite is great for both business travel (5 min from downtown) and pleasure (30 min from the theme parks). The main room of the suite has space for lounging, a wet bar, and a small desk. It connects to a room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

The Loft is a private guesthouse located above our garage near Downtown Orlando and Ivanhoe Village. It is walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars and shops. Also close to I-4 and easy access to the attractions. The studio space offers a queen size bed as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Luxurious full size bathroom with walk in shower and rain shower head. Perfect get away for those looking to enjoy Orlando!

This is a unique stay in a container that has been transformed into a studio. Similar to a tiny home but without climbing into a loft. The Container is outfitted with a Kitchen, Bath and sleeping area. Cozy and quaint is the best way to describe it. The location is in my backyard in College park, near major roadways for easy travel to the theme parks, Winter Park restaurants and Downtown entertainment.
