This modern, well appointed apartment in Albert Town, Wānaka, is alongside the Clutha River and 3.5 km (5 minute drive) from the Wānaka township. The apartment is adjacent to a selection of walking and biking tracks accommodating all levels of fitness. The apartment itself offers a safe environment within a complex that includes a tavern, a patisserie, a general store and a public laundry. Its located in Lake Hawea township and is a short drive or 12 min walk to the Lake. Wanaka township is a 15 min drive.

Our property was built in 2016 it has wonderful mountain vistas, walking & mountain bike tracks at its door step, light and airy inside with modern decor, open plan living, cool kids bunk room, great indoor out door flow for entertaining on the patio, wood fire for colder winter months. Cardrona and Trebble Cone ski fields just 30mins drive away and the lake is a fifteen minute walk or a few minutes drive.
