Edgewater Retreat is a charming and clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in a nice area on Lake Whitney. You can see the Whitney Dam from the backyard and living room. A covered patio with outdoor furniture and a charcoal pit and a large fenced back yard. We offer most of the accommodations you would find in your own home.

We are located in a friendly, beautiful neighborhood and walking to the lake is one of our favorite things to do. Close proximity to several marinas, restaurants, trails, golfing, wineries, wedding venues and Waco and Dallas. Boats are welcome, plenty of room.
