The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Come enjoy the newly renovated peaceful and centrally-located property in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful south shore of Lake Bemidji. It’s a short walk to the Sanford Event Center and you’ll be very close to the Paul Bunyan State Trail for your relaxing pleasure. You can enjoy plenty of delicious restaurants close by, cook in the full kitchen or enjoy the grill in your own sanctuary. In the evening, you can relax by the bonfire in the back yard or watch a movie by the indoor fireplace.

Recently updated, includes a separate bungalow in the beautiful city of Cass Lake, MN! Less than a 2 min drive to Cedar Lake Casino, the Cass Lake Public boat launch, and The Big Tap. Main home and bungalow are fully furnished with 1 king and 1 queen bed in main house, and 2 twins and a full futon in the bungalow. Washer/dryer, oversized water heater, grill, fire pit, indoor fish cleaning station, ping pong table, games, smart TV’s in every room, WiFi, off street boat parking with hook-ups.

My lake cabin is on a private lake with no public access (Please note, I do not have a boat landing for guests to bring their own boats due to the steep hill). It is near numerous snowmobile/ATV trails, many beautiful lakes, and the Chippewa National Forest. There is 250 feet of lakeshore and over 30 acres of hunting land across County Road 65. The cabin is on over 4 acres; plenty of room to relax. There is a boathouse, dock, two kayaks, a small boat & motor, a fire pit and gas grill.

We are also just blocks away (walking distance) from the Soo Line Trail north, a 150 mile ATV trail that's great for hiking, biking, or bringing your ATV's.
