The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

This holiday retreat is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay a memorable one and can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms. Jasmine cottage was built in 1828 and when you go through the doors you go back in time. A large brick fireplace with wood burner, for cosy night in, low wooden doors so mined your head and white washed walls.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.

A cabin in its own private space, surrounded by the sounds of the countryside. Only 1/2 mile outside the village of Buxton. You will be visited by our free range guinea-pigs throughout your stay. There are USB points in the bedroom and sockets in the living area. There is a futon in the living area that can be made into a bed.
