Sunny double room/balcony/shower/wc

Lovely sunny double bedroom, has its own shower/wc, and a balcony overlooking the private woods behind the house. It is close to Honor Oak Station with fast connections to Central London and Whitechapel. My guests share the kitchen and living rooms with myself and my small dog Charlie and I have wi fi and free view tv. There is a washing machine to use and you are very welcome to cook if you wish. It is very peaceful here and there is a great view over London too but it is also very easy to get into Central London. There are some good local restaurants as well. I like all of my guests to feel really relaxed here and you are welcome to tea and coffee at any time. I enjoy helping guests finding their way around London and having lived here a long time can suggest places to go as well.

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square. Choose a King bed or 2 singles, and you have your own bathroom. I live in the flat with my own bedroom & bath. We share living room & kitchen. Breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. NOT for people with severe disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. Use the lift to third floor or for extra fitness take the 91 stairs. No air conditioning, fans provided. No street parking.

This calm and stylish space is situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property away from the host's quarters. Private bathroom & use of full kitchen by arrangement. 10% discount for non use of kitchen. 2nd guest option for £10 per night. The townhouse is next to Bishops Park in south west Fulham with its beautiful grounds, palace, cafe, and river walks. It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Private ensuite bathroom.

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
