A 1 minuto del mercado municipal y el puerto, 3 minutos del centro, 7 minutos de la estación de RENFE y a 10 minutos de la playa (distancias andando). A media hora en coche de Port Aventura y el Delta de l'Ebre.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.
