(1 hr north of Kingston and 1 hr 15 min. from Ottawa). *Beautiful water front for swimming exploring the lake with the canoe. *Sauna offers a spa like experience. *Multiple fire pits to enjoy the evening *large 4 acre property is located on the K&P trail, perfect for skiing, biking, snow mobil. The cottage features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for a family getaway.

It's a cozy 3 bedroom with a generous side garden on a tree lined street within easy walking distance to the shops + restaurants of downtown Almonte as well as biking and walking trails. It's been lovingly renovated and furnished with loads of antique finds that make for an authentic + homey feel. 30 minutes to Ottawa, 2.5 hours to Montreal, 4 hours to Toronto.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

I’m proud of my house and thrilled to present you a part of it as your temporary home.
