Main/first floor laundry room equiped with brand new samsung washer & dryer. There is a garage that's not accessible at the moment, I apologize for this inconvenience. This centrally located house has been tastefully remodeled and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Close to shopping, grocery, hospitals and parks and less than ten minutes to downtown; there are driveways off two through streets for convenient transportation. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional hang out areas and a nice dining area. The back has a great screened sunroom with bar top to sit at, complete with a six person hot tub.

Bring the whole family, pets included, to this spacious 5 bed, 3 bath house with ample room for fun! The basement is a full entertainment space with three big screen televisions, a basketball shootout, foosball table, game corner, and stocked candy & popcorn bar. Upstairs you have a large fenced in backyard with room to run, grill out, and chill by the fire pit under the stars. You can also access Sue Krueger Park just a few blocks away.
