This property has sat vacant and unattended for 30+ years and we decided to purchase it and rehab it with proper clean up and care. Enjoy 14 gated acres of Catawba river front property with abundant wildlife. Sit on the river bank and watch the bald eagles fly, otters swimming, fish jumping, owls hooting and much more.
