We are just a 10 min drive to Goodwood and 15 minutes to Historic Portsmouth and the beautiful award winning beaches of West Witterings.
More Than Just a Bed, Self Contained HomeSat at the bottom of the South Downs, a stones throw (So to speak), away from the coast (Emsworth being just 3 miles away), and yet just minutes away from the heart of Portsmouth, we can cater for all walks of travellers at Robin Lodge. Exclusive use of "Robin Lodge" will be yours; A fully furnished home away from home and if you are lucky you may even get to see the Jay's that frequent the garden, along with the nesting robin's. Robin Lodge has a shower en-suite, large bedroom with comfortable king size bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and large chest of drawers. Please note that the second bed is a guest fold away bed with a pocket sprung mattress for comfort, made by "Jay-be", a leading name in the UK for guest beds. A very spacious dining / sitting room with dinning table for four, corner sofas, Freeview TV, CD player and a cupboard full of board games, we even hold a few toy’s for any little ones, that come to stay. The fully fitted kitchenette is small but holds everything you might need to prepare meals, including microwave/combo oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, halogen cooker and two ring hob. Sorry no dishwasher but I can supply rubber gloves, the wash and tumble dryer are in the main house and will be made available for you should you need them. Tea, coffee and fresh milk will be waiting for you and please feel free to ask for re-fills during your stay. A food hamper can be arranged prior to arrival at cost. The village centre is a 10 minute walk away, with a choice of two restaurants and three pubs and a convenience store, there is also a Harvester pub just a 2 minute walk away that opens at 8am for breakfast (At present they are doing an unlimited breakfast, cooked or continental). All towels and bedding are provided and again please feel free to ask for a change of sheets / fresh towels, should you require them during your stay. Babies/Toddlers; we have a travel cot and stair gate (Used to block off kitchenette), available.
Newly refurbished self contained annexSelf contained Annex, suitable for short or long stay close to Waterlooville town centre and 2 minutes from A3 routes to London, Guildford and Southampton. Local area consists of shops, restaurants, supermarket and pub all within a short walk. The Annex is self contained with TV, WiFi, Netflix, powerful shower and all necessities for a relaxing stay such as tea, coffee, milk, and a continental breakfast if required.
