Completamente climatizzato e con riscaldamento autonomo. La dotazione è completa per locazioni brevi e lunghe. L’ingresso è indipendente con un cortile e giardino, dove potrete trascorrere dei momenti in relax. Il parcheggio per auto e moto è gratuito e al chiuso.

Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Benvenuti nel nostro Cuore! Il vostro soggiorno è la nostra priorità, sia che la vostra sia una meritata vacanza in Ogliastra, una nuova base per lavorare da remoto o una breve sosta alla scoperta dell’isola. Il nostro appartamento è nel pieno cuore del centro, tra i palazzi più antichi di Tortolì, sulla via principale. Siamo felici di aiutarvi nell’organizzazione del viaggio (gite, consigli da local, ristoranti etc). Il viaggio è un’esperienza autentica, e la vostra è appena iniziata!

La villa è immersa nel verde, esternamente trovate una stupenda piscina divisa in due zone 45 mq di acqua salata a temperatura naturale sempre aperta. La zona relax 20 mq con idromassaggi è coperta da tapparella elettronica è riscaldata tutto l'anno. Un rifugio nel cuore del Supramonte

Il rifugio Lampathu si trova a 8,9 km dal centro abitato di Urzulei. La costruzione in pietra è perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante, riprendendone i colori e le luci. Qui, gli escursionisti troveranno riparo dal maestrale nella stagione fredda e refrigerio nei pomeriggi estivi: le pareti in pietra garantiscono un isolamento termico senza paragoni. Nelle fredde giornale invernali, un grande camino li accoglierà per una pausa, per restituire vigore ed energia.

Appartamento al primo piano con ampia veranda situato in aperta campagna circondato da vigneti, che dista circa 7 Km dal mare (Marina di Cardedu), dotato di ampi spazi all'aperto, zona barbecue e piscina condivisa. L'alloggio è composto da zona giorno, due camere da letto di cui una doppia e una matrimoniale e un bagno con lavatrice. Sono compresi inoltre wifi, condizionatore, biancheria da letto e asciugamani.
