Two bedrooms each containing a queen bed with upgraded linens and a closet, one full bath (but no tub) and one half bath, washer, dryer and large yard with outdoor dining area. Kitchen with most everything you need including a range oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, pots/pans, etc. 2025 remodel with new flooring, paint and lighting but keeping 1942 charm. Backyard has a park-like space. On-street parking on our quiet street.

The Birdhouse

This sunny, fully furnished garden-level apartment in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything. You're an easy walk to the University of Wyoming campus, stadium, Arena Auditorium, and the dorms. Fast and sit down restaurants, movies, and our town's prettiest park (1 block) are close by. Laramie is proud of its western roots and the art, music and cultural events it hosts. Our little town makes the perfect home base for exploring the Rocky Mountain Region's rich recreational activities.

The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Enjoy your own spacious, private, tree-sheltered patio at this unique, ground level triplex unit only 2 1/2 blocks from the university. 20 minutes walk from the stadium, 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, 10 to Walmart. Park with playset for the kids on the next block. Free and secure community laundry room. There is another unit above you; you may hear people occasionally but the floor between is engineered to minimize sound.
