Laradise Guest House

Welcome to The Laradise Guest House! This modern, top-level retreat offers a private entrance thoughtfully designed layout perfect for families, groups, or business travelers. The space features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, ensuring privacy and convenience. Please note that there are tenants living in the lower level, but they have a completely separate entrance, and there are no shared indoor spaces.

The Downtown House

The Downtown House is steeped in all the flavor and festivities of our growing community. Built in 1873, our quirky home boasts fast internet (360Mbps) and amenities for an extended stay. We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

The Bird's Nest Yurt

Enjoy a wonderful stay at a full equipped yurt overlooking the historic Chris Klein reservoir. Located on one of Albany County's first ranches. Experience country charm and beauty located only 8 minutes from downtown Laramie. The yurt features a modern bathroom with shower, kitchen, studio living space and wood stove. Enjoy your own spacious, private, tree-sheltered patio at this unique, ground level triplex unit only 2 1/2 blocks from the university. 20 minutes walk from the stadium, 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, 10 to Walmart. Park with playset for the kids on the next block. Free and secure community laundry room. There is another unit above you; you may hear people occasionally but the floor between is engineered to minimize sound.

Victorian Blue - main house

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Victorian Blue was built in 1910 and was our family home for 34 years. We are located in the tree area within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, downtown, the Civic Center, and acouple of parks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny back deck, in the beautiful fenced backyard with lots of flowers, a deck and flagstone patio. In the evening enjoy sitting on the large front porch as the sun sets.

LaPrele Park Charmer - Close to UW

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located steps from LaPrele Park, unwind in this cute home, near Laramie’s historic tree area. War Memorial Stadium, Arena Auditorium, Gateway Center, UW Hilton Conference Center and Washington Park are an easy 10-15 minute walk away.
