This property is shared with local wildlife & nestled in the rocks with views of ‘The Notch’ on Longs Peak & Eagle Cliff Mountain. We are only minutes from local restaurants, shopping, & attractions. Rocky Mt National Park is just footsteps from our front porch.

Private Cottage

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.

However, there’s a large smart TV and electric stove with a stocked kitchen. -There are cameras around the outside of the property to protect our property.

There is no smoking at the cottage either inside or out. If you, or one of your guests smoke please choose different accommodations. The cottage does have a garage/basement however parking in the garage is prohibited due to the tight fit.
