Discover the beauty and serenity that surrounds this beautiful, modern airstream. Plugged in with running water on a 20 acre property with a creek running through it year round. Close to hiking and biking trails and a short drive to dozens of Alpine lakes. There is starlink Wi-Fi at the house that you can access if needed.

Stella’s Cabin

Make some memories at this unique place. The cabin was originally built for my grandfather to live in and was known as “Grandpa’s Cabin” for many years. The rock work in the patio was done by my grandfather. Original wood floors put in by my dad and grandpa. Stella’s Cabin (Stella’s photo hangs above the bed) is minutes from Sierra Valley, Portola Railroad Museum, Graeagle, Frazier Falls, Lakes Basin Area, Sierra Buttes, Sand Pond, Quincy, and Lake Davis. A short 50-minute drive to Reno, NV.

Hiker's Retreat Cabin

Cute cabin for two! Set in the midst of Plumas National Forest, Paxton is very secluded. Walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our own private sand beach. Hiking, swimming and tubing. Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Keddie Wye House

Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. House is only 7 miles from the Quincy. NOT SUITIABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR HANDICAP.

You can enjoy the seasonal heated swimming pool at Sierra Sky Lodge. Hiking, lake swimming and exploring is a beautiful 20 minute drive to the Gold Lakes Basin area. 5 Fantastic golf courses are just 15-30 minutes away. So much to do in our rural area and come back to our peaceful hideaway.

You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

The Skoolie - Forest Glamping

*Please read the entire listing before booking* Skoolie /ˈsku:.li/ noun 1. A school bus that has been converted into a tiny home. Come stay in our 1992 Thomas school bus that we converted into a beautiful tiny home and now share with all of you in our backyard. It has running water, electricity, a king sized bed, a tiny kitchen and a bathroom. We installed cedar ceilings throughout the bus which makes it feel (and smell) very cozy.
