Due to the stairs and loft, this accommodation may not be appropriate for toddlers and the mobility challenged Parties are not permitted. Please note that there is no water access on the property, but there is nearby public water access.

Nestled on a serene street within walking distance of downtown, the United States Naval Academy, and the Navy and Marine Corps Stadium, this delightful space features a tranquil screened front porch, inviting living areas, and two bedrooms (one queen, two twin beds) with all bedding and linens provided. The lower level offers a full-size futon and a designated office area for added comfort and convenience.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.

A block from the Chesapeake Bay and North Beach boardwalk, this charming beach cottage is the perfect place for a weekend away by the water but still close to the activities of the DMV. Great location for groups who have booked fishing excursions on the bay or families in town for a wedding celebration. During the week, enjoy easy access to commuter busses to DC, with pickup only steps away.
