A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.
