Treehouse Yurt Lead Black Hills SD Mickelson Trail

Off grid yurt in the pines, with great view of mystic miner and Terry peak above, on mile 100 of beautiful Mickelson trail. Get away to nature (with style and a unique stay)....goulay. not for non-outdoorsy as there is only a half bathroom outhouse, no running water (you get to port it in, great spring pump at nearby Englewood trail-head on Mickelson and running stream for a dip at bottom of hill), no electricity, and a great little wood stove. Big Elk Place Cabin

Tucked away in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Big Elk Cabin is located just 5 miles from the quaint town of Nemo and less than 14 miles from Sturgis. This is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with friends, family or a romantic weekend. Discounts are possible for longer stays. Airbnb only has a way to discount stays for the whole year, and there are some weeks I don't want to discount so I have to consider it on a case by case basis.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.

Swisher Farmhouse at Granny Flats

This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
