Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

This spacious, newly renovated carriage house comfortably sleeps 4. Private entrance leads to a meticulously cleaned, peaceful abode- only 10 minutes to downtown Indy!! Enjoy walks with a cup of coffee to take in all of Historic Irvington, or simply relax in this quiet retreat and enjoy the only table shuffleboard in a private rental in all of Indianapolis! A fully stocked kitchen allows for longer stays. We offer no-contact check-in, but we are nearby to help out if needed.

This house was Est. in 1833 and was one of the original Homesteads on the Eastside of Indianapolis. The house is fully furnished with all the items of being home. It has been recently updated and is very unique blending the old with the new. We are located 1 mile south of Historic Ft. Harrison and the State Park. Roughly 15 min. from downtown Indy. Plenty of parking & room for RV or Trailer. Lots of extras for the family to enjoy! Firepit, games and plenty to do.

If you are looking for charm in a beautiful neighborhood this is your place. If you are looking for a new house this is not the stay for you.
