Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The cottage is located within an estate with a park of over 12000sqm. The location is in the park of the Roman castles in Velletri and is located about 35 km from the center of Rome, and is ideal as a location to spend pleasant days in the countryside. The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata

From this pretty quiet oasis, it's very easy to immerse yourself in the happy mood of Trastevere and explore Ancient Rome and at the end of the day, sit on a cozy patio surrounded by a stone wall. Close to bar, restaurants and shops.

Immerso nel verde degli ulivi , completamente recintato per i nostri amici a 4 zampe e facile accesso alla spiaggia privata. Stanze arredate in stile shabby, per rendere unico il vostro soggiorno, cucina attrezzata. Per offrire il meglio ai nostri ospiti mettiamo a disposizione lettini in spiaggia gratuiti e la possibilità di pranzo su prenotazione. Colazione inclusa.

Affascinante e storica location immersa nel verde, situata a soli 5 minuti da Tivoli e 35 minuti da Roma. Ingresso indipendente e parcheggio auto riservato. L'atmosfera è incantata, potrai svegliarti con il canto degli uccelli e goderti i suoni della natura, mentre ti riposi all'ombra di tigli secolari con vista sul bambù gigante. In estate, la casa non necessita di aria condizionata perché è fresca naturalmente, grazie alle spesse pareti in pietra.

From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.

A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
