A nice studio on a semi underground floor in a beautiful villa in Jardins de Carthage. The villa is in a calm, safe and bourgeois neighborhood. It's surrounded by a supermarket, police station, banks, restaurants and pressing. The location is strategic! By car, it's 15 min away from the airport, 10 min from Marsa, Sidi Boussaid, 5 min from Tunisia Mall and Lac 2. There're several medical centers for those who wish to do medical tourism. Note: Alcohol and cigarettes are not allowed inside!
