Summer is a beautiful time of the year to visit the Black Hills!Our 120 year-old home is located within walking distance of Lynn's DakotaMart grocery store, The Hearst Library, Roundhouse Liquors, Shiver's Brewery, and a great breakfast venue, That Place. Lewie's Burgers and The Stampmill are a very short drive. It's a quick drive to Deadwood. You can be on the ski/hike/bike/snowmobile trails in 1-4 minutes. The Mining Museum and Sanford Lab are close by. Note: The house does NOT have Wifi.

Beautiful home in a residential neighborhood on the West Side of Rapid City. Perfect for families and gatherings. You will have access to a two car garage, above ground pool, trampoline, large outdoor deck, fire pit, and a grill that’s available when the weather permits. The house is almost 80 years old and there are some features that are still from the 50s and we like those. We don't plan on changing them so if you're looking for a totally updated house this house might not be for you.
