Water Forest Retreat Hiker's Haven is a very private semi off grid electrified and heated tiny house just steps away from a brook nestled on 56 acres of lush forest. Enjoy the water views inside from the many windows or out on the deck or firepit area. There are 2 1/2 miles of hiking trails with a pond, marsh and small waterfall. Welcome to The Avery at Amston Lake! Great three-bedroom lake cottage situated in a peaceful lake community. Great place to slow down and relax. Lay out in the sun on the beach, enjoy a fire in the backyard, and even spend some time playing games in the cozy sun room! We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit area, two kayaks located at the kayak launch, and two main beaches.

Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our working farm. Relax and take in our beautiful 12-acre property while sitting on the back deck, overlooking pastures. Or for a more interactive experience, join us on a farm tour during our morning and evening farm chores. Our farm was established in 1739 with a rich history in agriculture and livestock. Our cottage is studio-style with an open bedroom, living room, and dining area. There is a kitchette and bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

Our recently renovated lake house is situated on 1.5 acres just 250 steps to the Cove Road boat launch on beautiful Amston Lake. The lake is a pristine 188-acre retreat located in Lebanon and Hebron, CT. Swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, and sunbathing are all activities you can enjoy. Charming Barn Apartment

Our one bedroom apartment in a colonial barn has a country feeling but is a 10 minute drive into downtown Hartford, and halfway between Boston and New York City .There are woods on one side and from the living area look out on a hillside where you can sit for a spell or spend some time on the private stone patio right outside the door. There are beaches and casinos within an hours drive.
