Wir bieten unser 1-Zimmer-Appartement in Mittelberg an. Das Kleinwalsertal bietet im Sommer wunderschöne Wanderstrecken, im Winter ist es ein Schneeparadies für Wintersportler und Familien.

DAS ALPIENTE – Seit Januar 2017 vermieten wir eine sehr stilvolle, 100 qm große Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung in unserem Urlaubshaus in Sonthofen/Binswangen im Allgäu. Eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen – das besondere Ambiente in den Alpen. Traditionelle Elemente integrieren sich in eine moderne Formensprache, natürliche Materialien schaffen Gemütlichkeit, die hochwertige Ausstattung schenkt das gute Gefühl "zu Hause" zu sein. Die Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Bludenz und verfügt über einen großzügigen Abstellraum für Sportgeräte sowie eine eigene Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und der Möglichkeit, Bekleidung aufzuhängen. Supermärkte sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Bahnhof gelangt man in kurzer Zeit. Bludenz ist der ideale Ausgangsort in verschiedene Wander- und Schigebiete. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
