Small, one level home. (Stairs to get inside), that has one large bedroom and one small. House has fully functional kitchen, is near to a children’s indoor playground & local boutique, coffee shop and bakery, and has off street parking. Main bedroom and living room both have tv where you can login to any of your favorite streaming apps. Host lives locally, and works in the building attached to the house so is always available! Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.

Our goal for our fully equipped open-concept apartment was to create a cozy, comfortable and affordable space that reflected what we look for when we travel. Located minutes from the Armstrong Trail. Whether you bike, walk, hike, run or are a history buff this 35.5 mile trail on the eastern bank of the Allegheny River for you to enjoy. About 40 miles from Pittsburgh. Restaurants minutes away. Come stay at the Lodge on the Leap for a refreshing getaway. Sit back and relax on the covered porch and watch the Mini Donkeys and Goats out in the field.
