It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Leederville on the Park

Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Recently renovated and refurbished with new furniture, flooring and appliances the villa is modern and welcoming.

Adults only - our one bedroom apartment provides all amenities and is about 5km from Perth CBD. There's easy access to the freeway. Subiaco or Leederville shopping and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away. It's a small hop, skip 'n jump to Cottesloe or City Beach.
