The water is clear and clean, perfect for swimming and water activities. Very clean shoreline (no weeds). It's a beautiful, peaceful and private place.

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, a canoe and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

We supply pet bed, food/water dishes and a 30ft leash. Walking distance to artisan shops, restaurants, brewery and winery!

The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

This sprawling, majestic home situated on a private point boasts spectacular water views and unbelievable sunsets. The whole family or group of friends will have plenty of space to come together as a group or spread out and enjoy quiet time across 4 buildings: Main Home, Bunkie, Hot Tub House & Gazebo. Our wifi is Starlink and reaches across all outbuildings! Note the entrance is monitored by a security camera. Extra guests must be approved in advance. No parties.

You can relax outside by the fire pit, sing songs, roast marshmallows. The Log Home has everything you need for your stay! There is so much to do with you and your loved ones. Nestled in the trees is a very rare and secluded year round log home on the shores of the Rideau River. This convenient location is only a 5 minute drive to the main part of Kemptville and 30 minutes from Ottawa. 2 canoes and SUP included! Winter activities include snowmobiling (trail is at the end of the driveway), snowshoeing trails, cross country skiing, and ice fishing.
