Our traditional Cycladic stone house (65 sqm.) is located in the center of the village and has a wonderful garden with Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Apricot, Avocado and Grape trees, where you can relax and enjoy the nature. The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

Βougainvillea house

Ground-floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

Villa Haritomeni 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Το σπίτι κατασκευάστηκε πριν από 100 χρόνια στο γραφικό Χωριό Λεύκες, εκεί γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε ο παππούς μας Κωστούλης που μετέπειτα έμαθε την τέχνη του χτισίματος. Η πρώτη παρέμβαση στον χώρο έγινε από τον παππού, φτιάχνοντας το πάτωμα με τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο τρόπο. Πάτωμα το οποίο σώζεται αναλλοίωτο μέχρι τις μέρες μας. Ο Χώρος πλέον είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος κρατώντας όμως την κυκλαδίτικη αισθητική του ώστε να προσφέρει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον επισκέπτη.

Pitsouniera (Πιτσουνιέρα - small pigeon house) is a traditional house at the center of Lefkes Village in Paros. The house has stunning views to the entire village, the iconic Holy Trinity church and the island of Naxos. It is ideal for a couple or a group of friends (accommodating up to 4 people). It is a few meters away from the traditional cafes at the center of the village, and within walking distance from all the area's sights (Byzantine road, Famous taverns etc.)

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly renovated Cycladic house is only a few steps away from the beach. It can sleep up to 5 persons and is fully equipped to provide a relaxing holiday escape. Within walking distance from main town of Paroikia (10-15 min).
