Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet 35qm in sonniger Lage mit Sonnenterrasse, welche gerne zum Entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.
