5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Freue dich auf wundervolle Erlebnisse in den Bergen und geniesse die Ruhe fernab vom Trubel im Tal.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Geniesse entspannte Tage in diesem multifunktionalen Ferienhaus mit kontextueller Architektur, offenem Grundriss und Galerie direkt an der Skipiste (Ski in/Ski out). Helle und grosse Räume und eine einmalige Weitsicht werden dich begeistern. Die Zufahrt ist ganzjährig gewährleistet, ein Garagenparkplatz mit Zugang zum Haus und 3 Aussenparkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Das Haus verfügt über eine Erdsonden-Wärmepumpe und Bodenheizung, Schwedenofen, PV-Anlage und Wallbox für Elektrofahrzeuge .

It is a popular destination for hikers, climbers & fishermen and suitable for families. It is quiet and surrounded by nature and nevertheless quick and easy to reach from Zurich. The approach involves a few minutes’ walk along an unlit footpath. Not suitable for people with dust or mosquito allergies.

Swiss chalet near Flims

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.
