The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Get away from it all! Our tiny cottage (The Lilly) is available only. These 2 cottages are located on 1 acre. Each cottage features a fenced back yard. Nestled between the cottages is the court yard. Hot tub pending repair. Layout: Studio style, 2 Lofts- storage & lounge. Well water, star link internet, Roku . Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

The Rustic Bear Cabin, Springs, 1.16 acre, firepit

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Drink your coffee on the porch, listen to the birds, hang out in the hammock or by the firepit, spy on deers, play with our rustic barrel arcade game, some pingpong, cornhole or dartboard. New ABB sneaky fees are in the nightly rate to “simplify” for traveler. Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 getaway on a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature yet minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Outdoor activities: paddling, fishing, swimming, biking, nature watching. Pls note, 10 people 4 car max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Rainbow River Experience.

Located in Rio Vista which has it's own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.

Riverside Retreat on Withlacoochee w/Boat Slip

Nestled amongst the trees on the peaceful Withlacoochee River is Riverside Retreat, a 1-bedroom/1-loft bedroom/1-bathroom waterfront townhouse that is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It is just a mile from Rainbow River and is ideally suited to guests who want to golf, fish, bike, or enjoy water sports, as well as those who want to nature watch. Only 20 miles to WEC (World Equestrian Center). Includes two parking spaces and a boat slip. Boat launch across the river.

Welcome to Rainbow Cove Cabin, a private oasis nestled in a quiet cove away from much of the tubing traffic on the Rainbow River but only seconds to the open Rainbow River with the kayaks included in your rental. You can also bring your boat and tie to our private dock and enjoy the 5.7 miles of pristine crystal clear Rainbow River. Although not a direct view of Rainbow River, our beautiful private waterfront cove directly adjoins Rainbow River for a memorable vacation.
