Apartment over the garage with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bath. Beautiful wooded area with private driveway, patio, swimming pool, large oak trees, vegetable garden, and chickens. Great place to stay while visiting Lexington and the Lake Murray area. We are 15 miles from downtown Columbia and 2 miles from beautiful Lake Murray. The gap in our guest reviews is due to a long term renter we had for 5 years. Our goal is to provide our guest with a clean, affordable, and peaceful stay

Our neighborhood has a seasonal swimming pool (Approximately April 1 – September 30); Playground, pond with catch and release fishing and frequent events and food trucks.
