Second story one bedroom studio above small hair salon. Unique building conveniently located near historic downtown, major highways, restaurants and distilleries. Wi-Fi and on-site illuminated parking available as well. A window A/C unit (added 8/25) helps keep the 2nd story space cool during summer months. W/D svc available on stays over 5 days. The salon generally closes at 6 p.m. T-Th so there will be no traffic or noise after that time. The salon is also closed Sunday and Monday.

We open the pool around Memorial Day through Labor Day ALL DEPENDENT ON KY WEATHER which can be unpredictable. Enjoy the pool! Pool rules: 1) adult must accompany under 18 yr old when outside. 3) No addit'l guest without getting approval . 2) No glass allowed in pool area 3) Hours 11:00 a.m to 9:00 pm.

The guest wing is private and separated from the rest of my home. In the upper bedroom/great room you'll feel like you're staying in a tree house, and you'll even have your own deck area to enjoy the spray of color and a meandering creek. A literal sanctuary.

We are 40 min from The Arc Experience; 15-25 minutes to Lexington attractions like the KY Horse Park, Keeneland, UK & Rupp Arena! Large rooms throughout. Queen bed in the master suite with a king bed in the guest bedroom, full eat-in kitchen and washer/dryer available. Great place for extended-stay, especially with the applicable discount!!

The Artist's Tranquil Nest & Studio

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Art classes are offered upon request by children's book author/illustrator, Lori McKeel, for an additional fee. Separate entrance and plenty of privacy and parking.

Private entrance, luxurious and stylish furnishings, plus your own laundry room! Perfect for a night in town, traveling for a ballgame or show, visiting our famous distilleries and Keeneland! The suite is also equipped for longer stays, business travelers, you name it!

Farmhouse Suite

What a perfect getaway for short stays. “Farmhouse suite” is located as an add-on to our farmhouse. There is a private entry door along with an outdoor sitting area. Perfect for weekend stays just a little under 3 miles from downtown Danville and Centre College. In addition This lodging is part of our beautiful B&B style farmstay. Optional breakfasts are an additional charge and should be arranged at least five days in advance with me.

Light-Filled House

Relax and enjoy the entire main level of our beautiful, clean, cozy home in a great location. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, complete kitchen/dining area, and best of all, a large, secluded, covered deck. You will have complete private use of the home while we live part time in our downstairs (see Guest Access section below.) The home is filled with natural light and cheerful decor.

The Roosting Place

Enjoy the comforts of home while visiting charming Wilmore! We are located on a quiet street within walking distance to Asbury University and Asbury Seminary. Our guest suite is located in the daylight basement of our family home and can accommodate up to 4 guests. We are a 20-minute drive from Blue Grass Airport and Keeneland. Only 15 minutes from Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill.
