Grazioso e curatissimo appartamento di circa 35 mq situato nel cuore del borgo di Termoli. Ideale per coppie, piccole famiglie e singoli viaggiatori . L'alloggio è alle spalle della cattedrale , la spiaggia si raggiunge in cinque minuti. Il centro della città , ristoranti, negozi, zona pedonale si raggiunge in soli 2 minuti. Il famoso vicolo stretto" REJECELLE", il castello svevo , il trabucco e il muraglione, dove apprezzare fantastici tramonti, sono tutti nelle vicinanze dell'alloggio.

This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

La casina, ubicata nel cuore storico di Termoli. All’interno troverete un piccolo bagno con piano doccia e lavatrice. Una camera con un comodo letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, un ampio armadio e una Smart tv con Netflix! All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.
