This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. Die Villa liegt in einer idyllischen Grünlage am Fuße des Maurer Berges, abseits der Straße auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment ist nach Süden und Osten ausgerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf die beeindruckenden, jahrhundertealten Bäume des rund 5000 m² großen Parks sowie auf den malerischen Wienerwald.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
