Modern holiday home with 3 bedrooms, plenty of privacy, 5km from dunes and sea, and only 10-25 minutes from Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Haarlem. The home has 2 double beds and a bunk bed (7 in total) All rooms are on the ground floor. There's a 55m² quiet courtyard. The yellow kitchen has an oven, 5 induction cookers,and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. In the garage are 2 bicycles which you can use for free. Touristtax €3,30 per person per night is not included

Grenzend aan gedeelde tuin met eigen terras met zitje. Mogelijkheid om 2 stadsfietsen met versnellingen te huren. Op fietsafstand van de zee. Dichtbij de gezellige dorpen Heiloo en Castricum. 7 km van Alkmaar en een half uurtje met de trein naar Amsterdam Centraal Station. Snelle internetverbinding beschikbaar (100 up/down)

Sfeervol verbouwd appartement met grote tuin.

Ons gastenverblijf in het centrum van Limmen is geheel gerenoveerd in jan/feb 2024 met een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Het is een aangebouwd appartement (30m2) met eigen ingang en alle voorzieningen (AH, bakker, etc) 3min te voet. Het prachtige Noord-Hollandse duingebied en het strand (10min), maar ook ook Alkmaar(15min) en Amsterdam(30min) zijn goed bereikbaar. Parkeren kan aan de straat en is gratis. U kan gratis gebruik maken van de fietsen. U krijgt een privé stuk tuin tot uw beschikking.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis Limmen nabij strand

Op zoek naar een heerlijk vrijstaand vakantiehuis 50m2 met veel licht op een rustig en kleinschalig park nabij het strand (5km) dan is dit wat je zoekt! Mijn huisje heeft twee slaapkamers en een badkamer met bad. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk plekje om te relaxen en ook te genieten van de prachtige omgeving, de duinen en het strand! De tuin is zonnig en heeft lekkere kruiden om te gebruiken wanneer je van plan bent om in de (complete) keuken te gaan koken.

Lekker genieten van onze restaurants, bioscoop strand, bossen en duinen? In ons 90m2 appartement heeft u een ideale locatie voor ontspanning. Even lekker in een andere omgeving genieten van de mooie wandelroutes door onze NH duinreservaat en heerlijk uitwaaien op het mooiste strand van Nederland. Naast de vele tentjes op de wandelroutes met koffie / broodjes, kan er aan het eind van de dag in het centrum worden genoten van de beste restaurants uit Castricum en omgeving.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Het Huisje, tiny house in het centrum van Bakkum

Dit sfeervolle en zonnige huisje in Bakkum ligt aan de rand van de duinen en het bos. Op loopafstand bevinden zich diverse eetgelegenheden. In 10 minuten fietsen bereikt u Castricum aan zee met een prachtig strand, vele terrassen, restaurants en watersportmogelijkheden. Bij het huisje staan 2 vouwfietsen. U heeft een eigen opgang met klein tuintje en zitje. Parkeren kan op eigen terrein of parkeerplaats aan de overkant. Slaapvertrek is boven, bereikbaar via steile trap.

Sauna on Sea

'Sauna on Sea' is the perfect getaway to relax at the Dutch coast or for an easy visit to Amsterdam. This centrally located apartment is within cycling distance of the beach and sea. Beach bars, restaurants and shops are widely available. And... You can reach the center of Amsterdam in 25 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the appartment. In the afternoon you can enjoy the sun in front of the house or relax in the luxurious sauna.

Charming waterfront nature cottage near Amsterdam

Lovely private cottage with spectacular views very near Amsterdam and the famous historic Zaansche Schans. The cottage is situated in the typical historic village Jisp and overlooks a nature reserve. Discover the typical landscape and villages by bike, sup, in the hot tub or kayak (kayak is including). For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

Cosy, clean city apartment with best canal view

A cosy, light, raw, modern industrial apartment. It’s a stone throw away from the vibrant Cheesemarket and the bay window will provide you of an amazing view towards the medieval canals and the ‘Waag’ building, a national historic monument that’s located on Waagplein. Where you will also find the best local bars and restaurants. It’s close to several boutiques, restaurants and cafes can be found in the immediate vicinity.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.
