Terebinte Guest Farm Tented Treehouse

Nestled beneath the towering beauty of God's Window and surrounded by lush plantations, our cozy, rustic farm offers a farm experience. As a working farm, Terebinte - "the tree where friends and family gather" - welcomes you to enjoy the charm of country life. Please note, our property is located deep within the forest, requiring a 3km drive on a dirt road. While the road is generally well-maintained, heavy rain may occasionally make it a bit slippery or uneven. We navigate it in small cars too.

The Forest Cottage

A self contained cottage with two air conditioned rooms each 10m², situated within an indigenous patch of forest at the base and to the east of the highest peak in the Blyde River Canyon. From the cottage's verdant veranda stretching the entire length of the cottage, guests are afforded magnificent views over the South African Lowveld and in the distance, The Kruger National Park touching the horizon. It is situated at the very top of the village of Kampersrus within a safe and secure homestead.

Please note NO Parties are tolerated here. Two Private Rooms with ensuite in a 2 Bedroom House set in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. The rooms have a outdoor and indoor shower and bath. Please note: Bathroom is open to the bedroom. I live in a little cottage next to the house so will be around 😎 Animals have the right of way here! SPEED LIMIT IS 30KM/H. Please be vigilant of little animals in the road! Bushbabies live in the house and have right of way ☝🏼 Even with all their little poopies!

Cozy tree-top getaway

Located against the dramatic backdrop of the Wolkberg Mountains, our rustic and cozy wooden treehouse cabin is the perfect secluded spot in nature. Just 15km out of Haenertsberg, and directly on the R528, it is perfect for a weekend of relaxation or adventuring on the mountain. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Groot Letaba river and wake up to bird calls from our resident Green Turaco. The diverse local fauna attracts significant bird life - making the panoramic view perfect for bird watching.

The Watermill Cabin

Nestled among ancient pines, the 50-year-old cabin stands on the banks of the Broederstroom River, overlooking a magical waterfall. A 2km gravel road drive from Haenertsburg. ( Accessible to most cars, not sports cars) will bring you to the charming cabin. A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. A few feet from the cabin, you will have your own private deck with braai facilities. Enjoy!

Glenogle Farm, The Loft.

The Loft is an exclusive romantic hideaway, perfect for honeymooners or those celebrating a special occasion. It is a luxuriously appointed suite hidden in the forest with exquisite views over the forest and dam. This enchanting space features a bedroom, stylish living area, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom as well as a private deck. The king size 4 poster bed, high ceilings, French shutters and roaring fireplace create the perfect ambiance for those who want to get away from it all.

Waterwood's Isolated Tent, for the bush lover recluse. This remote tent will appeal to the avid nature adventurer. Enjoy the freedom of the bush whether on foot or mountain bike. Relax on the deck or sit around the fire pit while watching the game drift by. Solar powered lights, and a hot shower are a few of your limited comforts, as a bush lover enthusiast. Covid 19 response, all our staff are vaccinated and the Tent is completely isolated. There is no contact with any other guests.

Bushveld Villa w Pool, Firepit & Outdoor Living

Hunter’s Moon is an exclusive-use villa set on the sought after greenbelt of Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. Open-plan living flows onto a deck overlooking uninterrupted bushveld, with a private pool and firepit for relaxed evenings. Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal escape from city life. Located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, it has the attraction of being close to the restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit whilst providing access to the Greater Kruger & the Blyde River Canyon. The cottage is available to rent for short term stays of 2-14 nights for up to 4 adults on an exclusive basis. If you are a larger family please contact me to see if arrangements can be made. Conveniently situated only 3km from Haenertsburg. Ideal for a romantic interlude and outdoor enthusiasts. Launch site for boaters and fisherman. Suited for MTBiking, walkers, trial runners and birders.
