Our cozy coastal condo is a relaxing retreat. You can be as busy or as lazy as you’d like. Some visits we just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Otter Rock Surf Yurt

Pet Friendly and Ocean Views! The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Interested in staying on the Siletz River during the Winter months? We are in a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead. The river can flood during the months of November, December, January, and February. We may be able to accommodate a request to stay, but weather may require a short notice cancellation. With a stocked kitchen and fireplace guests can get cozy for an extended stay or explore using the easy beach access staircase and proximity to Lincoln City. Up to 6 can sleep on a King bed, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool and commercial Wi-FI.

The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.
